As you may already be aware, Burnley Football Club will no longer be issuing traditional season cards for the forthcoming season. Instead, supporters will need to use a digital season ticket, which can be downloaded to a compatible mobile device.

To help supporters with the transition, the Club is holding a Digital Coffee Morning at Turf Moor on Tuesday 4 August, between 10:00am and 2:00pm.

The previous Coffee Mornings have taken place in the Jimmy Mcllroy Suite, so we assume that this will remain the venue for the upcoming help session.

This is an opportunity to drop in, enjoy a hot drink and sit down with a member of staff, who will be on hand to:

  • Help you download your digital season ticket to your device.
  • Answer any questions you may have about digital ticketing.
  • Make sure you’re ready for the new season.

A BFCISA committee member attended a previous Digital Coffee Morning at Turf Moor and found it to be both a useful and pleasant experience. They commented that the staff were knowledgeable and happy to answer questions, making the process a reassuring one.
